How Safe is Remote Computer Tech (RCT)?

Remote Computer Tech (RCT) is provided as an executable file to download in order that F12web.net can provide remote support via the remote control of your desktop computer.  Only your computer screen and keyboard is set via the Internet to a F12web.net technician.  F12web.net only uses this interface to provide you with remote computer support.  No access to files or other information is transmitted over the Internet.  F12web.net monitors the access of your computer (keyboard, mouse and screen) just as telephone conversations are recorded.  You are able to watch all activity of the F12web.net technician as the remote computer support takes place.  Please report any concerns to f12web.net as soon as issues arise.  The email address to report issues to is support@f12web.net
